2. FIRST MEETING

A project meeting is set between our project manager and the buyer to discuss their needs and wishes.

 

 

3. SPECIFICATIONS

The project manager and the architect produce floor plans plus material quality specifications to follow the contract after a 10% deposit is payed

 

 

4. SIGN OFF

When contract is signed a meeting is set to approve on all the details. Alterations can be done according to the client’s wishes.

 

 

5. RECONSTRUCTION

The reconstruction phase follows. It takes approximately 6-15 months, depending on the size of the project. During this time the project manager is having continuous contact with the owner to make them part of the progress.

 

 

6. GUARANTEE

We leave a one year guarantee on performed work. We have a follow up to ensure that the client is satisfied and that the property fulfils the expectations.
